These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ph1999 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the ph1999 online casino platform located at ph1999.cam, including all games, services, content, and functionality provided therein.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Identity Verification

ph1999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one account with ph1999. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts, forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of bets, and confiscation of winnings. Households sharing the same IP address, device, or payment method may be required to provide additional verification.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify ph1999 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. ph1999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication and using a strong, unique password.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination. All personal information provided must match the name on your government-issued identification and payment methods used.

3.3 Account Transfers Prohibited

Your ph1999 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person or entity. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

ph1999 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer from major Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank), cryptocurrency (USDT), and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. All deposits must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification and compliance with our AML policies. Standard withdrawal processing times are 15 to 30 minutes for GCash and Maya, 24 to 48 hours for bank transfers, and up to 72 hours for cryptocurrency withdrawals. ph1999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals or unusual transaction patterns, which may extend processing time.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

4.4 Fees and Charges

Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method uses a currency other than Philippine Pesos (PHP).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 Eligibility Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Players who have self-excluded or been suspended are not eligible for bonuses. ph1999 reserves the right to exclude any player from promotional offers at our sole discretion.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.4 Irregular Play

ph1999 monitors gameplay for irregular betting patterns, strategy abuse, or any activity that provides an unfair advantage. Examples include but are not limited to: opposite betting (hedging) in bonus play, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, use of automated betting systems or bots, and collusion with other players. Detection of irregular play may result in bet voidance, bonus forfeiture, and account termination.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using ph1999 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities;
• Fraud: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any fraudulent activity;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Hacking: Attempting to interfere with, hack, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or other automated software to place bets;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unwarranted payment disputes or chargebacks after receiving gaming services;
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by persons under 21 years of age;
• Restricted Territories: Accessing ph1999 from outside the Philippines or using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph1999 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and audiovisual material, is the property of ph1999 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from ph1999 without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph1999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph1999 is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, third-party payment processing delays, unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with ph1999 services is to cease using the platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Customer Support

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of ph1999 services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably and promptly.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Philippine alternative dispute resolution procedures before pursuing litigation.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your ph1999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to wagering requirements and verification procedures. Bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited upon closure.

11.2 Termination by ph1999

ph1999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe in good faith that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. ph1999 may retain funds in cases of suspected fraud or terms violations pending investigation.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a specified period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. 12. Changes to Terms
